About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background and leadership skills to manage end-to-end software development projects.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in development, particularly in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node) or MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, and Node.js) and PHP or cross-platform (Ionic, React Native, Flutter, etc.) mobile & web applications, and should be comfortable diving deep into the codebase when required. Experience in AI integrations and modern tech stacks is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Must have 3–6 years of technical project management experience in the IT service sector, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Development / Technical Lead role.
  • Must have experience managing web & mobile application technologies from scratch to end, particularly in the MEAN/MERN stack and PHP & cross-platform (Ionic, React Native, Flutter, etc.) mobile & web applications.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools (JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, Trello, etc.), and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Must have excellent communication skills with experience handling international clientele — US, UK.
  • Must be excellent at documenting project workflow and other required documents as per need.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle, from learning the requirements from the client to successful end delivery of the project (Project Management, Planning, Monitoring, Control, Quality Assurance).
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Experience in AI integrations and modern tech stacks is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Team player and high-performance team builder.
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or engineering.
