Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and demonstrating expertise knowledge in website Development & Mobile App Development,

Preferred Qualification & Skills

  • Experience in IT Industry (Web Development & Mobile App Development)
  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, and other relevant portals.
  • Expertise in drafting Proposals
  • Strong English Communication Skills
  • Comfortable with working in Flexible hours
  • Comfortable with Target Based Incentives
  • Excellent handling of Client Relationships
  • Energetic and Enthusiastic
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying New Business Opportunities & Closing new sales leads and opportunities in Web Development & App Development (Technical Projects based on PHP, CMS, Ionic , Mobile Apps)
  • Generating Leads, revenue from different modes or sources like Linkedin, Bidding Portal, Zoom Info etc. for company
  • Manage and maintain profiles on various bidding portals, ensuring timely submission of proposals and follow-ups.
  • Drafting Proposal, Preparing Power Point Presentations, DFDs, Use case Diagram etc. & submit high-quality proposals to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of client requirements and solutions.
  • Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
  • Understand a prospects business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored business or marketing proposals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients

  • Developing a growing understanding of our technologies
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business leads.
