Location: Remote (India)
Shift: US Time Zone (5:00 PM IST onwards)
Experience: 3–6 Years in IT Services Sales

 About the Role

We are hiring a highly self-motivated Cold Calling & Email Marketing Executive in IT Service-Based firm to drive new business opportunities across the US and UK markets.
This is a pure hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, strategic cold outreach, and qualified meeting generation for AI-driven custom software development, web & mobile solutions, and digital transformation services.

If you enjoy opening new doors, building pipelines from scratch, and engaging global decision-makers, this role is for you.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience of generating business through Cold Calling & Email Marketing in IT Service-Based firm across the US and UK markets.
  • Mandatory experience in US/UK cold calling, outbound lead generation, and multi-channel prospecting, including personalized cold email outreach and research.
  • Mandatory Experience in selling web, mobile app, AI, or full-stack software development services.
  • Proven ability to independently build a sales pipeline without inbound lead dependency.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including client requirement analysis, discovery meeting coordination, persuasion, negotiation, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. 
  • Experience using CRM and outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo.io or similar platforms preferred.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones and achieving outreach KPIs, including calls, emails, and meeting booking targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research high-potential prospects, business leads across the US & UK markets.
  • Drive multi-channel outbound prospecting through cold calling, personalized cold email outreach, and professional networking via LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Present company offerings, including AI automation, custom software development, web & mobile solutions, and services while understanding client requirements.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery or business development meetings for leadership or sales teams; share company profiles, proposals, quotations, and pricing details as required.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication, persuasion, negotiation, and consistent follow-ups to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking, manage pipeline updates, achieve outreach KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked), and collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
